This website presents Navedo, a home configurator for new-build developments aimed at property developers and real estate sales agencies, and allows visitors to request information or a demo. No homes are sold and no services are contracted through it.

Access to the website is free and does not require registration. Users agree to use it in accordance with the law and these terms, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or to damage the website, its content or third parties.

4. Home images and demo content

The plans, renders, videos and screenshots on this website show a sample home for the purpose of demonstrating the product. They are for illustration only and are not contractually binding: they do not constitute an offer of a home or describe any specific development. Finishes, furniture, materials and views may not match any real home.

Some videos on this website have been generated or edited with artificial intelligence tools to illustrate the user experience, and this is indicated next to them. They are not recordings of a real home or direct captures of the product.

Finish options are shown as “included” or “extra cost” by way of example. Prices, if any, are provided in each case by the developer or its sales team.

The texts, design, logo, images, videos and code of this website belong to its owner or are used under licence or with authorisation. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law.

The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License. Any other trademark or trade name that may appear belongs to its respective owners, and its mention does not imply any relationship, sponsorship or endorsement.

The owner strives to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the website will be continuously available. The owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the information for purposes other than informational ones, or for service interruptions beyond its control.
